We take a responsible and serious approach to the protection of personal data that we collect from you on the website clickonmontenegro.com (hereinafter "Site").

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no. 079/08 of 23.12.2008, 070/09 of 21.10.2009, 044/12 of 09.08.2012, 022 /17 of 03/04/2017), as well as in accordance with these Privacy Rules. These Privacy Rules apply to persons who access the Site, persons who enter their personal data on a digital business card and persons who make contact via e-mail in order to have their personal data available in the form of a digital business card on our Site.

Individuals

On our digital business card, we give you the opportunity to connect to other Internet pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) through links, just as those pages can be connected to ours.
It is important that you know that other websites operate in accordance with their Privacy Policy and that we do not control them, do not own their data, nor can we guarantee or be responsible for any content, advertising, products or other materials that are available on those websites.

Legal entities

On the digital business card of legal entities, we publish the information you provide when you contact us, as well as the content of those messages.

Processing process

The process of processing your data includes the purpose of the processing and the legal basis of the processing. The processing of your personal data is carried out in electronic format and may include the following processing actions: collection, classification, use, analysis, disclosure, sharing, storage and deletion.

We process data about you in order to:

  • built, maintained and improved our Site,
  • Improved your experience as a user, which you have when searching for content on our Site,
  • register your data on your digital business card and
  • regularly informed you via e-mail.

In accordance with the Law, the legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent. You give your consent by entering your data that you want to be displayed on the Site in your digital business card, and you can revoke it at any time. Revocation does not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data that was carried out before that revocation. In case of revocation, further processing of your personal data will stop as soon as possible.

Use of your personal data

We will use your personal data only with your express consent, or if there is another reason based on the Law. Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those for which they were collected, and about which you have been informed.

Storage of your personal data

We pay a lot of attention to the protection and respect of your personal data. We use appropriate administrative, technical, organizational and other measures to ensure an appropriate degree of protection of your data that we collect and process. Certain protective measures we apply include data backup, firewall and rate limiting. We do not store your personal data longer than the time necessary to realize the purpose for which they were collected, i.e. no longer than the time for which we have your consent.

Sharing of your personal data

We will not make your personal data available to third parties without your express consent, nor exchange it with persons outside the system of preparation, editing and technical maintenance of the Site. Your personal data is protected against misuse, destruction, loss, unauthorized changes and access. Your rights under the Act

As a person whose data we collect, you have the following rights:

  • the right to be informed about the collection and processing of your personal data,
  • the right to access the data we have collected about you,
  • the right to correction or addition of personal data, in case of incompleteness or inaccuracy,
  • right to be forgotten, i.e. the right to request that the personal data we have about you be deleted,
  • right to revoke consent for processing personal data, when consent is the basis for processing,
  • the right to object to the processing of personal data,
  • the right to object to the processing of your data for a specific purpose,
  • the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Protection of Personal Data, in case you do not receive an answer within 30 days from the date of your request to exercise your rights, or you are not satisfied with the answer.

We reserve the right to update and/or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to keep up with legislative changes and technical innovations. We suggest that you periodically review our Privacy Policy.
